 | i'm doing one for my computer animation class and i'm trying to figure out what to do. i already made a clay
mation figure of myself, but i'm not sure if i want to do
one of my songs or a bogdan raczynski track (probably off
 boku mo warakan)

i'm thinking that the video will definately have heartbreak
 in it, though

 | have the clay figure attempt to make himself a girlfriend, either out of more clay.. or other items, then have them go
on a date or something, then have something tragic hapen to
her (squished, diced, etc) you can spend some time showing
your guy trying to repair her maybe.. but like, it just wont
work.. in the end show your dude with a single clay tear
rolling down his face and hitting the floor. then show the
trear morph into "the end" on the ground.

 | yeah that the end thing was kindof a joke..
no dude, have her fall in love with another thing after he
builds her.. right..?? ultimate rejection. maybe, i donno
youre getting dangerously close to the bogdan video
 where this actually happens..

 | well...I don't want to seem like I'm trying to "go for fame" or whatever, but if you want to experiment with something
that has a real heartbreak feeling to it, take a look on my
track krista. Of course it's a longshot, and you
will probly rather do some (at least) half known artists.
But check it out, maybe you will get some inspiration.

Krista is the name of my ex, and this track was made before
it all went crazy, but somehow it still describes how the
 relationship evolved.

The track here is a demo, and i have a more mastered version
also if you really are interested.

 | whoa, that's a great idea!
He can make a gf out of his clay, but she would never have a
heart of her own, and they could never love.....

 | i remember watching a short MPEG clip that my bro's friend made with stop-motion animation (aka claymation). it
featured two action figures, in which one was bludgeoning
the other with a Lego rod, unprovoked. it was accompanied by
sounds from the game Half-Life, but you had to play both the
audio & video manually at the same time, & the syncopation
was poor. this was about 4 years ago.

 it was hilarious nonetheless =)

 | have him live in a house of clay. get lonely and tear his house down and use the house clay to make his girlfriend. I
the house had a blue roof then make her skirt blue etc...If
she doesn't have a heart than have him make a heart out of
clay and put it into her and live happy ever after.....

 | you could always use that premise, and set it to venetian snares' 'pygmalion'
your teacher and classmates would be impressed by the
 mythological allusion.
