I stopped smoking once for five hours

when I came back to myself after finally having a cigarette
there was a trail of beaten up people and ripped up plants
and smashed in wall who had become victims of my paranoid
psychosis due to not smoking for five hours

In my case it is healthier for everyone if I continue my
smoking

i found that the secret is to not talk about giving up so
much.Refuse to think about cigarettes completely. Ignore
conversations that enter into it... avoid "how many weeks is
it now?" questions and just totally and untterly make it as
much a part of your life as dolphin shit is......
starting... now!

i've quit smoking weed, but i'm a chain smoker of
cigarettes. I really need to quit, but it's tough as hell.
any advice?

You'll still die of cancer, it's too late to save yourself.
Hope you don't like your lungs too much.

Two weeks into quitting now. I still bum about one or two
cigarettes a day. It's coming along. Such a useless habit.

i've been "trying" to quit for a couple of weeks now....i
will go a couple of days with only three or four smokes
(down from about 30) per day, then i'll start back up into
it heavily again. i notice even when i just lay off a little
that it really affects my overall physical well being
feel....i just can't seem to bring myself to really
STOP.....any advice my peeps?

:D Good going! I applaud you, and encourage other smokers
to do the same.
