did anyone else see the rolling stone's review of Aphex Twins new album Drukqs? It is outrageous it was nothing but bashing Rich. Furthermore, the writer only gave the CD 1 star!!! Now i haven't heard the CD yet bc my means of transportation are limited, but i know that no Aphex Twin album can deserve only one star. If it is by Richard D. James there is no way it could be that bad. How can u give Britney Spears 20 stars and turn around and give Aphex Twin 1!?!?! WHat the hell is this world coming to when Britney Spears gets a better review than a guy who actually writes his own music. Come on people!! WHat the fuck r they thinking!?!!?? To top it all off the last two scentences of the review poked fun at the title Drukqs by saying it was fukqed up. That is not clever nor is it in the least bit funny or amusing. i dont even think they shouldve printed the review if they diliked it that much. i read it at the supermarket, and i wasnt really surprised. i was a bit miffed at the fact that they put it down like they did, what they said at the end wasnt very proffesional. something like " this album is fukqed up" or some kind of smart ass comment like that. |
