What about the "new" cult movies? I'm talking about stuff like Donnie Darko and Waking life. The only reason I bring it up is because I was thinking about writing a column about it in a new campus magazine I'll be collaborating on next fall. Any suggestions of other "new" cult movies? |

well...i thought cult movies took a few years to become CULT......ehehheheh some of these movies are from the 1920's.........FREAKS is on hellavah freaky movie for instance.....Signature Line is : "Gooble gobble, gooble gobble......We accept her......One of us, one of us....." this movie was referenced by The Ramones who wrote "Pinhead" as an homage. |

Throughout the film each member of the band and the manager gets and loses big cold sores, some of the scenes that have been cut they share the same groupy throughout....also they invite the limo driver up to their romm which is totally funny!! |

It's all totally spot on, I love the bit in the end where... I can't remember his name now....anyway he gets asked if this is the end of spinal tap and he replies with such nonsense that allmost makes sense asking the interviewer 'what is the end of the universe?' or something like that.. |

Gummo is really good, it's really twisted too, if you can get past some of the disturbing bits, there are some amazing scenes! Spinal tap allways reminds me of woody allens 'Husbands and Wives' It's soooo real! |

In the kitchen scene where they are wrestling the chair!!! There's only two 'real' actors, One of them is a famous skater, the white one with the afro type hair style the rest are the real thing! That is sooo funny too...lot's of it is real people living their lives. |
