man i love all of her albums . she's got too many great and
beautiful tracks

listening to 'matters of the heart', track: 'so' at the
moment, great lyrics (as usual)
unbelievable that most people only know 'fast car' by her,
all her other stuff is definately worrth checkin' out

'let it rain' is the only album i haven't got yet, but i've
just put that straight by ordering it :)

any others who dig her stuff?

She has such a unique voice, and I like her guitar work
because its so simple yet full of emotion.

I like her self titled album, but I'm not a massive fan of
her more recent stuff although I haven't given it enough of
a listen to really form an opinion on that. "Baby can I Hold
You" is a great track and I can never forgive Boyzone for
murdering that track.

She contributed a track to the Command and Conquer - Red
Alert soundtrack if I remember correctly.

yeah her debut album is classic, still i like 'crossroads'
and 'matters of the heart better' though .. and i agree on
that boyzone thing, i mean; what were they thinking?!

tone: yeah that greatest hits has many wicked tracks of hers
on it, still it misses al lot of great ones too
and i agree about her voice and that emotion thing you
mentioned :)

the guitar line from 'fast car' is taken from a john cougar
melloncamp song.
'jack and dianne' i think.

i don't care much really.
talking crap about artists without giving decent arguments
is too easy, everyone can think of such 'fun' things to say
imo

'saying negative things about them' .. i didn't know how to
put it really

and sure it's ok if you disagree with me.
i for one just would've put it otherwise than you did

posts like this actually show that you just randomly talk
some shit about a certain artist instead of giving an
argument why their music is bad iyo

i can't take opinions like that serious, it's obvious that
it's just for the sake of saying 'funny' things and making
useless comparisons instead of actually having a listen at
the music
fyi i heard pitchfork still has some vacancies left

He probably just doesn't like you.I'm not sure why because
you are so likeable.

Why don't you just ignore him because your only provoking
him.You are not going to have an intelligent arguement with
him.

I'm not saying Earthleakage is stupid or whatever, and I
certainly don't have anything against him.

having offended him or something though..
normally i'd ignore him, but well in this little thread i
made 'bout miss chapman it seemed to me he only bashed this
artist to annoy me, maybe i'm wrong but it felt that way
since he kept on saying how crap and shit her music was.
i just don't get this

I don't see him attacking you in his posts about Chapman. I
feel strongly about music and so does Dobbin, he expresses
himself powerfully and so if he dislikes something intensely
he doesn't hold back, same with me. Why walk on eggshells?
I'm sure if she was on here herself he'd say the same thing.
You said you loved her music, Dobbin fucking hates it. Gotta
have all ends of the spectrum man, gives things perspective.
Don't take it personally unless it's a personal attack...

you fucking cuntrag ;)

i never said i didnt like morton. in fact id be delighted to
have a *ahem* intelligent conversation with morton, but
based on such incredible things as saying her music you just
like someone of something without being bothered or having
the intelligence to at least describe what is is that you
like, seems rather pointless, don't you think?

therefore it isn't of any use to debate or conversate
