Does anything like this exist?...I think it would be a cool little toy...LOL, I just thought of that now after this big SPLEEEF...
Cant you picture it, wear em like rings except the fly little kites from your fingers about a foot or so from you hand....

I have something like that - finally got it to fly for the first time yesterday. It's called a finger kite and has a tiny ring loop, but it's about the size of my hand and can actually fly up about 20 feet. It looks really funny up there though, like a little midget kite.

our main pedestrian shopping strret has guys selling "the worlds smallest kites" all the time.
i prefer 30 meter power ktes that you can surf with! i heard some guys went from Uk to france in 40 minutes on one of those babies!

You get loads of people power kiting up on the downs near me. Last time I was there a mate got twatted by one that someone swooped to close to the floor, could be quite nasty if you entangled someone in the lines...

As for the fingerkite, hell it could work...strong enough string and a light enough small kite, it could work...

or instead of string you could use little pieces of wire, then even if it wasn't windy, it would still look like you were flying your little kites.
