Ok, my post is in main forum under "To the staff".

I tried to make it so they will respond and not delete it
and thus be a waste of time and achieve nothing.

As such, I went for the worried parent approach ;)

this song was already a hit in the netherlands and belgium a
year ago. It seems that this guy made an english version of
the song and called it "the fast food song"

Ok, as I said, I took the worried parent approach in order
to not get banned.

To the staff..

I am not here to troll your boards but simply and reasonably
ask how you can justify this FFR concept as a moral way (as
opposed to immoral) to support children in the face of
bullying, by targeting kids to buy into fast food and
cynical art?

Irrespective of the issues of bullying (which I get the
impression you are utilising in your marketing), I would
still like to know, in relation to the following example:

"fries are good and fries are kind
fries are good, all the time!!!

my own fast food poem YEASH!"

..how encouraging this kind of attitude in our children can
possibly be a good thing?

And yes, the above "poem" only came about due to the
marketing of FFR and this website.

Unless, of course, you can somehow justify this marketing
model, I personally shall endeavour to explain to my own
kids and those of anyone I know about the cruelty to
animals, damage to the environment and blandification of our
society that these kinds of business facilitate.

Don't get me wrong, I am not some kind of a cultural prude
who expects children to engage in non-commercialised
high-art or something, nor do I expect them to eat brussel
sprouts, cabbage and fruit instead of what they actually
want to eat ie. 'nice, tasty things'.
I am a regular guy who simply finds this whole FFR to appear
distasteful and immoral, and would like to give you the
opportunity to show me I have a wrong impression.

I hope you have the decency to respond instead of
ignoring/deleting this.

Finally, please do not try to claim you do not have to
answer to the parents of those innocents you are attempting
to market to, since we, after all, hold the purse strings.
However, just because a parent says no to something does not
necessarily mean the child will not be affected by its
marketing, and indeed, their peers.

Thanks for your time.

"Moderators: Head Waiter, Gene, mand, Poppy"

i've been thinking about that one myself, and while i'm
pretty sure that these guys must be near-minimum wage due to
the entirely fucking monotonous nature of their work, if
this thread gets A LOT of hits they may have to pass on the
concerns to someone higher.

I'd imagine they've been told that something like this may
eventually happen on the board, but we'd have to wait n see
just what kind of response we get. (if any, they may just
close the thread, admission of guilt or not)

think of all the extra exposure you are giving the

Dom,
I appreciate your taking the time to explain your point of
view.
However, deleting my posts seems like an admission of guilt,
or surely you would have posted in the topic on the forum
what you have just emailed to me, especially since I was
respectful and was in no way abusive.
I believe such an approach would have been beneficial to all
associated with FFR.
Unfortunately, now the damage is done and I cannot
