isn't it a wonderful feeling when you get goosebumps because of a specific part of a song you're listening to. Alberto Balsalm (expecially), Tundra, Girl/boy song, an eagle in your mind are some of the songs that have had this affect on me. Only truly powerful music can make you experience this amazing physical feeling.
What songs have affected you this way?

actually its fairly easy to explain this gooesbump thingy.
you get turned on by something, e.g. when you kiss your lover and get real horny. music is my substitue for love most of the time. it somehow must have the same effect in the brain.
some kind of tension that builds up in the enjoing/awaiting of feelings and beauty.
i think music can lead to orgasm. i knew girls who said they could have a orgasm by thinking of it.
our brain is so wonderful...
