How do you do SAWII?

Recently, I travelled to Bali for a holiday (very quiet at
the moment), and we stayed for four days at Nusa Lembongan
Island.

SAWII was one of the CDs I took with me on the trip, and I
have to say that the view I saw while listening to it on my
discman was stunning. Half in the lush gardens, and the
other half overlooking the vast, blue sea.

Tell me, how do you do your SAWII?

In bed during the day, late night technical stuff. Whilst
drinking in the garden in summer.

well, i put some jelly around the hole in the CD to make it
feel moist and vaginal like. Then I proceed to try and
pummle the hole with my extended member but usually the hole
is too wee so I just watch a scudder and spill my
man-mayonaisse that way. And that is how I do SawII

Yes, on the computer at night is perfect too.

I also enjoy going for a walk with it. If I see someone else
with a discman, I laugh silently at the fact that they are
listening to their shallow pop/rock.

Instead, I am feeling like a supreme being. Ha! :)

huge buildings around you... whilst listening to SAWII

Humourless? No.
Impatience with immature people? High.

I'm sorry. I just get irritated by things like that. You
didn't mean any harm.

the weirdest experience with saw II for me was having a
night in with a mate eating and drinking all night. by the
time it ended we realised we had just found the best party
album.

but usually on headphones in bed back from the pub OR on the
train from uni through the west cuntry

it was best stoned while the sun goes down...

i recently put a lot of effort into finding a substitute for
saw2 just to have some more ambient stuff to go to sleep
to,
but i havent found much alike it.

vadislav delay has made some great songs at least that are
worth mentioing in this thread:
playlist no1
conoco (a1, a2, b2)
vocalcity (#5 tessio)
various (synkopoint)

also nice:
dub and arovane
all of the six songs are great.

its best described as blubbering sea of magma with
unpermanent beat eruptions in a spherical heaven.

theres not changing a lot its very meditative but not really
repetitive.
check it out!

id like to do saw2 in a "gasometre"
imagine being in a old skyscraper-sized coca-cola can.
being in this 117m high and 67m wide rusted old industry
thing is great for itself, but with saw2 on i will
definately have my legal acid!

I find it's the perfect companion to a headache. A really
good time to listen to it (any time really!) is in the early
morning, just before and during the sun rise. It's very
soothing and peaceful, even with it's many dark
undercurrents.

I find SAWII tired these days. I've listened and slept to
it soooo many times I think I possibly ruined it for myself
for a while... these days the sleeping music is Proem,
Bola, Bogdan Raczynski's 'I Love My Love' & Brian Eno's
'Music for Airports'....

too......

one of my best SAWII experiences was at the NIN concert at
The Gorge in washington. (in the town of george)
disc two playing out of 50 foot stacks of speakers. sun
setting behind the columbia river gorge. you wouldn't
believe how docile the crowd was.

I don't....heh never been able to get into it. With the
exception of Cliffs (amazing track) it just sits there.

Ehh, guess I'm not a big fan of true Ambient.

time I did mushrooms on a foggy october evening, so it
carries some great feelings with it as well. Mmmm
