fans of slint, caballero, mogwai, etc. might want to check
out this stuff. its a project me and glasse (with 2 other
peeps) did about a year or so ago. it has never seen the
light of day, for one reason or another. there's only 1
track up right now, and its on my page. i will be making a
page just for this stuff and putting the whole lp up, 3
songs at a time. anyway, enjoy.

if you listen closely, you can hear glasse doin some
crazy-good stuff in the background. sounds like a crazy-good
computer gone crazy. good. and his synth in this song makes
it, to me. therefore, i find it crazy-good and crazy. not
only that, but it is CRAZY. and good. crazy.

good.

good.

quite nice, definately reminds me of mogwai. not sure about
some of the drum fills, like the one on the toms - going
down down down down....

good guitar sound, and the subtle computer 'glitches' are
nice.

it would have been really nice if u could have damped the
room somehow, to control the reverb of the drums :)

heheh, bit of a cop-out ending! it was nice tho, i would be
pleased if i had done that with some friends - although it
probably wud've ended with us knocking ourselves by playing
synths/pianos/organs with our heads! :D

i'm not really familiar with mogwai, but maybe i should be.
heh. that was excellent, tibbar. you seem to have a wide
variety of musical...stuff...that you do. yes.

anyways...right. i liked that a lot. keep us posted as to
when you'll have the rest available (though i DO have to
agree with mylittlesister about the drums. ah well, though.
still quality). =]

mls: the drum fills are kinda meant to be tired sounding.
its sorta funny, i agree. the drummer likes his drums with
alot of reverb, for whatever reason. i dont. i like a good
clean quick sound. the real ending was cut off because of
the 5 minute limit on zebox. the song is actually closer to
7:30 minutes long.

track.

word albuni ranting.

I love the basement mayor track. Quite repetitive, but fun
too. The former track could do with a bit more studio
enhancement. As it stands it is unable to evoke much
interest in me.
