someone know him ? if not you should try him out. he usually makes real good club and underground techno, but he released his forst album "neuro" some time ago. i love that one... someone else can say anyting good about him ? (i ask because i have a question to you...) |

hmm, he's from my hometown, perhaps i can help you... that neuro is good - but it is made to much in a pattern...like he'd be affraid to do something really smashing |

hey, what do you expect after making about 35 ep's with techno... the album is very smashing tough... so, i upload a small snippet to my zebox account. it's a song recorded from the radio. i love it and i'm nearly sure it's umek... but i don't know what this song is... |

I know UMEK, he was like one of the first DJs I listend to when I got into Techno. However, nowadys he playing to much TechHouse/Housy stuff for my liking, dunno, he is a very skilled DJ, but I cant stand the Tunes he is playing :( ! |

im sorry...i was ar work earlier and i went home later...here i am now i've listened to that clip and it sounds like some earlier stuff by umek, but i cant tell really i asked on some domestic forum if anyone knows it (if it is by umek someone will surely know, cos those people are totally into this techno scene) |

monoid i totally agree! when he was like 20 (some 7 years ago) he was playing really hard techno, and i actually liked some of that but this days he's playing boring, pointless tech/house...keeping it mainstream i guess...fucking shame... at least he makes good money hehe |
