albums starting more than once

i just love it when an album starts, then after some tracks
it's like it starts a second time, picking more steam and
becoming even better!
do you have this feeling too? which albums? : )

NIN - The Downward Spiral
starts twice (musically!) imo:
· 01. Mr. Self Destruct
· 06. Ruiner
(Ruiner, The Becoming, I Do Not Want This, those are just so
perfect!!! i always turn the volume up when Closer fades
into Ruiner...)

Amorphous Androgynous - The Isness (v3)
· 01. The Lovers
· 03. The Mello Hippo Disco Show

Marilyn Manson - Mechanical Animals
starts even 3 times for me:
· 01. Great Big White World
· 03. Mechanical Animals
· 13. The Last Day On Earth

this is a bit too vague, I'd say.

hmm...i can't think of a time when i've felt like the album
has started twice...except for double albums, like drukqs,
26 mixes, the fragile, the wall, white album, prosthetic
face...

Or when I accently skip back to the start of the first track
half way through it.

hmmm, afraid I'm not exactly sure what you mean...

I do find a lot of albums start really well, and then have
other strong points through out... is that kind of what you
mean?

I know what you mean really. You mean like the way when
albums used to be on cassette the tracks would sometimes be
organised to give a slightly different feel depending on
which side you were listening to. But in terms of CD
releases I guess the narcotics suite section of music for
the gilted generation felt that way.

The way I Want You ends the first side of Abbey Road on a
fierce note, LITERALLY just stopping, and then you turn it
over and a pretty acoustic guitar awaits you... that's like
the definition of an album being reborn.

i felt the same way about the download spiral, oddly. felt
more like a second part.

though i think thats just nostalgia speaking.
