specially the noisy version of everyday...

maybe it has been said it here before, but im just needed to
tell you that i was about to cry in that 2'15 hours of pure
energy in progress. by far, the best of sonar (fuck bjork,
mark bell, richie hawtin and all the rest, splly oxide and
neutrino: shut up!).

i hope they've ordered more than one copy :)

actually someone from this mb complained the other day that
geometry is quite difficult to get...which is pretty weird
since i got it in a shop :)

difficult to get?

i dont think so...
they easily get it with their normal ship of planet mu
albums...(one month after my request tho...)

i remember when i was opening my mind in electronic music
that beleta records (the other only-electronic music shop
near tallers) had it for a long time... dont know why i
didnt get it then...

there were couple of other people confirming that it is
apperantly hard to get, dont now really...

and im a bit disapointed actually, it is not all that good,
and i heard so many nice things about it on this mb
i'll give it a few more tries tho

yeah
i was disapointed too when i listened to it...

dont like it so much, apart of "geometry" track...

i think i give too much expectatives too it (for the
opinions in the board)...

totally forgiven right now...

i will give it some more tries too this summer... (now im
with lexaunculpt: great album!)

did you saw the guys from balago in sonar (amherst) tolst?

lexaunculpt - i bought this release as well, and its one of
my favourite releases at the moment (really beautiful
music)

i dont remember seeing balago (at least i didnt hear their
music-i think)

must take more time next time i visit - it all went to fast
this year...

lexaunculpt-i bought this in cd drome...your order as well?
:)

offline melack from barcielwave on 2003-06-25 17:40 [#00757111]

haha no i dont... but i had to work hard to get it cause i
didnt find it in cddrome, my usual music shop...
now i know why, you bastard!!!

hahaha

about balago: they didnt play they conventional music, they
were called amherst and they were only two of the three guys
doing electronic music (without guitars)... same textures
and melodies as balago, but more elaborated (kinda boc or
sawii) and with some faster drums (nice d'n'b song!)...

in the same way (and also in foehn records) i saw polaro:de,
who i hardly recommend (boc style, hardly chill outint,
horrible my english)...

oh... fun fact: amherst finish their session with yulquen...
(they start their primavera sound session with vltrmx21)...

from lexauncupt and his blurring of trees i really love
track 2... (thats the kind of music shudo do!)...

offline tolstoyed from the ocean on 2003-06-25 17:52 [#00757129]
Points: 50073 Status: Moderator

if amherst were playing at 19.30 as it says on the schedule,
than i didnt see them as i was outside at that time
did they release any records under this name?

i'll look for polaro:de (sounds nice, i like chill out
lately)

any yeah, track two is my favourite on lexauncupt as well,
but i also like two of that classic sounding tracks as well
- beautiful album all together

i must get this shudo now!

well, not really the same, its more abstract, with a
special idea of the progression of the track... but similar
tempo, melodies and feelings...

mephace 6

the melody of come to daddy (i think)

smojphace (i havnt listened it yet, but i suposed in his
noise part he played it)

i think he destroyed one of the songs in goplastic, but i
wasnt only able to recognise the bass...

he finished destroying with noise some popshitcomercial
songs of different countries, as one of backstreet boys and
aserejé... (hilarious!)

anything else? anything wrong?

im pretty sure that noise wasnt smojphace-it sounded
different, more like merzbow, haswell kind of noise

and that deep bass track (nr.6 from druqs disc 1 i think)
sounded pretty good on those speakers - didnt look like
poeple enjoyed it that much tho :)
