I think she means that electronic music by itself is too cold for her taste but as an ingredient to her own music it can work. Yes, Jewel is a pop artist who likes money(I think most people do...) |

But electronic music can be cold! She probably likes is because it's her track and she can hear it in there. Therefore it's not so cold. I'm sure that anyone who hated a form of music but heard a good remix of their track in that style would like it. She probably still hates all other electro stuff. |

because it is a highly generalised statement, a cliché even, normally only coming from people who have not even taken the trouble to dig deeper, in other words, really explored the genre. you may think some tracks or some albums are cold, but would you say this about 'electronic music' in general? |
