Poly, is that a Kramer DMZ-1000 or something in the back? I
myself am a Kramer aluminum neck guitar user. If only I
could afford a Travis Bean...

offline Polynomial-C from Netherlands, The on 2003-08-14 13:44 [#00822211]

in the back (left to right):
-Ibanez MMM1 baritone (Staind's Mike Mushok signature
model)
- Ibanez RG570EX Royal Blue Flat
- Custom made guitar with heavy metal neck (can't hold it
longer than 15 minutes...)

Poly plays a Vester ripoff of the Jackson Dinky model

indeed, the Pickups say "Kramer"

i own this piece of junk for some 8 years and just now I
realize it has fucking Kramer etched into the pickups.....

ATGMARTIN, GOD BLESS YOU!

Please tell me more about the alu Kramer model.... is it
worth anything (is it considered a 'good' guitar)????

I didn't sell it or smashed it to pieces because none of the
other guitars are capable of being detuned to open-C (Queens
of the stone age) or drop C (Deftones)

poly, it may not be custom made, but it is somewhat
collectible. I don't know about you, but I think they sound
absolutely great: tone and sustain. They feel good too. My
other guitar is a Les Paul Custom (1969) so I'm used to
heavy guitars and nothing but. My Kramer has 2 Dimarzio
superdistortions and sounds very nice and fat. Cherish it
man.

It is considered a VERY good guitar by people in the know.
The guy who designed them used to work for Travis Bean, and
designed them to be more playable than TB.s That's why they
have the wood inserts on the neck: lighter and more natural
feeling than solid aluminum. You could probably fetch $500
USif it's in good shape. Maybe more. You should keep it
though. It'll only increase in value.
