i'm using the first version of halion which only supports rex files, not rx2 which is quite annoying. any other program that does the same thing as recycle (chopping up wavs) that i could use with halion? |

not seen it meself, but cubase sx looks like it can do some of that stuff. ie. much better audio editing than the old vst .. but probably not as good as recycle. |

what other formats does Halion support? Only rex? not wav or mp3? |

yeah supports wav as well.... Just need a program that will slice up wav files like recycle does, but export each slice as a wav file rather that a collective rx2 file if you know what i mean |

Recycle lets you save the slices as wave files...all you do is go to File>>Export... then set the file type as WAV. You choose a file name e.g sample.wav then recycle saves the slices as sample[1].wav sample[2].wav and so on...it also give you the option of producing a midi file for the wave slices... |
