a few days ago, also family issues..
you know, i went from age 7 to about 17 without crying once. i cried about 3 times between age 17 and 19, about 2 or 3 times earlier this year (age 20), and a few times fully or "almost" this month and last.

:-( That sounds bad. I remember having a similar discussion with my mom... but the next day she came to me and said: you're right. It is your decision and you should do what you want and not what i want.
So uhm... yeah. I hope your father will begin to realise the same thing eventually. It must be hard being a parent... and seeing your children go in different directions than you had always imagined. But still... i think it's important that you let your children go and allow them to become who they want to be.
Last time i cried was a few months ago, when our cat died.

when my grandmother died i cried for about a half hour... then dealt w/ my grief musically, which seems to help me a lot more than crying ever has- probably not a good thing to build a dependancy like that

oh yeah, we have a new cat now :-) (and we're moving on the 15th of september) The only difference is we're keeping this one indoors. But she seems to be okay with it. If they've never been outside, they don't really know what they're missing i guess.
I'm so glad that we got a new one! The house just was really empty without a cat. I need cats around me :-p
Altough i must say, it was difficult at first. I know it's not realistic, but still you kind of expect things to be exactly like they were before when you get a new cat. But ofcourse, each cat is completely different, and i'm still busy getting to know our new cat. She's supersweet though :-)

yesterday and the day before yesterday.
i had great fantasies and felt very alone, thought back of how wonderful some weeks were last year.
ive been the happiest ever, then it turned exactly the other way round.
without telling me why, the woman left.
i always feel alone at night.

I went to visit my girlfriend this past weekend (we know each other from college but since it's summer we live in our respective hometowns, a 7 hour drive away from each other). On Saturday we met up at like 11 am and hung out all day and she came back to my hotel room that night and stayed there until 2 or 3 am. As soon as she left, I started sobbing. I really don't cry at all; this was the hardest I've cried in years and years and years.. I don't know why I'm writing this

Hmmm, I cried a bit recently, can't quite remember why though...
I nearly cried today. I run a few celebrity websites and often get fanmail to pass on. A mail arrived today from a young girl with cancer and I nearly lost it at the line 'I still hope I can get better'.

slint, I wasn't saying it was stupid, I was just saying that it doesn't (to me) seem like a good reason to cry. There are things you can control/change and things you can't. Your situation you could change (granted not easily).

Mid to late October last year, once. Not since then.
Don't really find it neccessary to anymore. Also I've realised that the things that can make you cry are generally outside your control so they're not worth getting upset about.

i don't think keeping cats in is crruel as long as they have toys and get enough stimulation.
i have lost cats in rroad accidents beforre and my otherr cat was fucked up by a carr, and only 2 weeks ago my otherr cat was chased by a dog and we though we had lost him.
the house is the best place forr them.

you'll do most of your crying when your testicles are pumping your brain full of all those hormones. after a while, when you're 27 like me, you will cry a lot less but it will be more difficult to get an erection.
which, if you're a pussy, will make you cry anyway. it's kind of a vicious cycle actually.

awwwww i'm a 'CRYBABY' at movies too, my friends and boyfriend know.....all i ask is for them to have kleenex ready, cos CARTOONS can cause gushing......
i cry when i'm happy, sad and when i'm MAD and fustrated. it's very cathartic.....and i always feel better after crying, so i believe it's good for the psyche
i read somewhere that tears carry away toxins from the body, thats why you usually feel good after crying.
it's nice when men don't hold back from crying, it's a natural thing. you should never be embarrassed, cos in some ways you're MORE in touch with your self when you allow yourself to cry.
i cried during a movie this past weekend, and recently during a sad time with loved one. =/

Well, I wouldn't go so far as to calling myself a crybaby...but yeah...I come close. Then again...an average sad story does not make me cry...it is the one-off/unique positive one that does.
Though a couple of my friends would tend to disagree with my idea of positive.
and yeah...I know what you mean about people not holding back their tears...it is so much easier (for me) to relate to a person when I know that they are in touch with themselves...not that they'd have to cry to prove that...but a person that is not afraid to show that he/she is moved...and trusts you enough to show it to you, in one way or another...well, that makes me love them so much more easily.
