sorry i should have been specific; can a user reset other peoples passwords? for help desk positions. ie, a user calls up, who forgot their pass, and the help desk tech needs to reset their password, but the tech is NOT allowed to have access to the admin account. hope that helps clarify :P |

Yes, you should be able to assign groups giving specific permissions to specific things. |
