well. today i got my old computer from utah and hooked 'er up to the internet. it had some really old stuff i had done a long time ago on mtv music generator. the levels are shit and it sounds all silly and bad. i had a chuckle. maybe you will too? have i gotten better (PLEASE!!!)? . |

Sorry...it is horrible...really really nasty...not only the levels...there is no feeling in the track either, it is just an empty dance music by numbers effort :D I would say you have deffo improved over time :P |

wow! now i wanna hear it! :D *after listening* hahahahahahah spooky kids should love this! music generator is pretty fun and rediculous. it sounds like a really dry demo of a backing track for a rob zombie song. nice to take a glimpse at your earlier days, makes one appreciate your growth as a musician. |

okay i got all of your stuff downloaded now. here goes. poink- i like the dark atmosphere, and how it builds and builds, but that can also be it's downside. i like how the beat comes in but it seems like it just keeps building and building with no changes other than additional sounds added on top. hell, i'm sure a lot of my stuff i like that, but i like when it has random, crazy changes in it and stuff, to make you go "what the fuck?." overall it's a nice track, though, with some nice sounds. groun2: i like the crazy grind-y flange-y sounds. it reminds me of some kind of sound effects from tmnt or something. not much more to say, as the track doesn't really go anywhere really, but it would serve as an interesting sound to go between longer tracks. mearn- i like this track, it's probably one of your best. you should try adding a little reverb or something to the entire mix, to maybe make it sound a little more "real" and let the sounds kind of blend together a little more, otherwise it's really good. oae-it sounds to me like someone deleting messages off of a answering machine or setting up a microwave with someone running past constantly playing a gameboy. nice work. stoferia - this was allright, kind of reminded me of mushroomhead, if you've ever heard them. but i don't think you could ever make a song that i would truely like with mtv music generator or whatever. i really do not like the sound of sampled cymbals for the most part, and i really hate mc hammer-like musical stab sounds, but i'm sure you did a good job with the shitty sounds/samples available in that program. i still like that ksh song the best though.. make some more like that..and/or just keep making music in general.. |

Erm i'm thinking of putting out something soon but i need to get the cash to self release it, I'm doing a couple of remixes at the mo but hopefully i'll have some more stuff finished soon! I'll keep you updated. |

haha that song is very repetitive, but i sat through the whole thing! i've never used mtv music generator but i imagine it must be a very limited program. sort of reminds me of my earlier tracks of pre-made loops from acid. lol maybe i should upload some of my old songs sometime. i have some at but i have stuff even worse than that... listen to "pro skooter (cd version)" if you like to hear bad music... |
