The release of the new Christ album "Metamorphic
Reproduction Miracle" takes place in July 2003, coinciding
with Benbecula's appearance at Sonar 2003 in Barcelona, and
their recent SELL OUT event at the recent Triptych festival.
An event is being held on the 10th of May 2003 in Edinburgh,
where Christ will perform live, tracks from the new album,
and will feature a playlist exclusive to this event, along
with a specially commissioned video backdrop. Christ and
label founders will be available for interview on request,
before and after and the show. The launch has been organised
in association with the Edinburgh Rush Festival, details at
www.edrush.com, a week long timetable of music and the arts
from the 11th of may. Benbecula Records is THE dominant
force in home grown Scottish electronica. If you and/or your
colleagues would like to attend the launch, please reply to
this email with your full postal address and telephone
number. If you have others who are interested you must name
them and their company. This event is strictly by printed
invite only and forms part of the promotional drive for the
new album.............further info@

i don't think pylonesque is boring at all, and considering
that christ was a part of boards of canada for twoism, it's
not surprising that there is some stylistic overlap. i
recommend checking it out, especially if you like boards of
canada, and if you like the snippets from the forthcoming
album...
