in the last month or so i live extremely
stressfull...especially in the last few days my life is
going like 1000 km/h, its just crazy...and everything going
the wrong way
any of you have any experience with shrinks? how helpfull is
that?
(i'd even consider to see one, if only i had time...)

its funny this is happening to me because im extremely
flegmatic (i dont know the word in english) and i dont
really bother about anything...but lately i can feel this
pressure and it just wont go away...i guess i'll hold for
another month or two and than take a vacation or something.

so i bet im not the only one with this problems in this
stupid world...come on post some about your stress, at least
some of us will feel better when we see there are people
under even stronger stress hehehe

the word "stressed" is not present in my vocabulary, sorry.
And it is not scheduled for addition either.

However, I do have experience with shrinks. It's quite
alright actually. Infact, it's great.

only-"make project" , "pass the egzam" and such....it is now
4 years of this kind of life for me , but...there is only 1
year left....so it's not bad ...for now...

mm... i guess im a bit stressed too...

theres so much shit i have to do for school... and every
morning i wake up and think 'today im gonna do something
about it'... and i just end up doing nothing.

For fucks sake, i went to school at 8.30 am, and was home by
11 oclock... so i think my life is wasted... so its not
really stress.. but i just have this shitty feeling all the
time that i still have to do a lot of things

"shrinks"? psys?

i do nothing all day, but when anything can stress me (even
little things), it does. i'm very sensitive to stress, and
depressive states of mind too...

finishing your studies;
i just forgot about learning, at all, but discussing it

exams ;)

learning is really the most awfull thing... making a project

"hey, people having stress because of school...iwhen i was

and what do you know about sitting in school for 14 hours
almost every day , for making works at night , for no
sleeping in weekends , for listening insults from proffesors
, for walking and walking for prelections for all day and
for sitting in front of monitor for another few hours , when
you just cant seee normal because of tiredness.....

aaaaaaah..... just cant undferstand that.....and im not
angry for you...just dont make me wrong...

i know a guy at work who just finsihed his law studies, he
will marry soon, a girl that finished medicine studies.

both will have wonderful holidays (2 months or something)
mostly in south america,
after that they join practice work and learn even more
update thingies besides.

i admire such people. they work 15, 20 hours a day,
everyday. beginning before 8, finishing after 8 (pm).

BUT IS IT WORTH IT ?

I get stressed. Just now I ain't working and I finished my
exams so I am really relaxed. You just need to take a
breather, and relax. Do some physical exercise. That relaxes
me and helps me to rationalise.

i'm not really stressed out at the moment, especially when
i'm not really doing anything.

my first tae kwon do class in like half a year starts
tonight, so i'm gonna try it out. that should knock out some
stress.
