ok I made an order through the link of xltronic... (I
ordered gescom iss sa and anti ep) but I have this
question:

where can I see the status of my order?
(at amazon I am used to this nice feature, where I can see
if my order has already been shipped or not)

and how can I register so that I have an account?

They sent out mails when they ship their stuff.

how long does it take them usually to get a shipment
going??
I am still waiting for anti ep and iss sa to be delivered or
at least to receive the mail confirming that they have been
shipped.

I ordered them:
