A man is walking past a notorious mental hospital with a huge fence ringing round the outside. As he is passing he can hear a hubbub coming from inside the grounds of the loony bin. A huge crowd is continually chanting "18! 18! 18! 18! 18!". Curious, the man spots a hole in the fence and stoops to look through to see what's going on. A stick suddenly comes out the hole and jabs him painfully in the eye. There is a brief hiatus, then the crowd starts up again, "19! 19! 19! 19! 19!" |
