So tell me which album you play the most when you work out.
What sort of exercise do you do while listening to it?

Mine is Speedy J's "A Shocking Hobby". I lift weights, do
jumping jacks, crunches, and dance.

I listen to Ministry's Animositisomina sometimes...sometimes
KMFDM. Always has to be heavy. I do various exercises to
keep myself in shape, but not really build anything. I
still want to be a really skinny guy, just not a flabby-ish
one. And I want to be able to eat without worrying about
it. I don't need to become anorexic again this way.

50 minute bowflex session to 'The Chronic 2001'. Gets all
the right juices flowing to all the right places.

portishead is good

haven't heard too much of add n to x

sneaker pimps rings a bell from years ago, they had a song:
six underground?

The only 2 swordsmen i have is "Sabres of paradise - haunted
dancehall". Its nothing special, but I do enjoy the
portishead remix.

air is good

stakker is one I'd like to have on vinyl to DJ

Cant go wrong with BOC

Coil's "Panic - 12" version" which can be found on the
compilation "Unnatural History III" always reminds me of an
80's workout video.

It used to be Black Flag - The First 4 Years... lots of
coffee and a quick 1 skin for real motivational moodiness
but recently (when I bother) its more likely to be some old
chill out tape or some D&B.
