they are MOOving from around here.

i saw this event a few years ago in new orleans.....it was
fantastic.....i love the RED hue on the moon. can you
imagine what people 3000 years ago thought when they saw
these kind of things......surely that the world was GONNA
end.....

i don't have a camera with enough ZOOM power to take decent
pic's, the moon will prolly appear....as a 'spot of cheese'
ehheheh......but check the SPACE link tomorrow, i'm guessing
they will have a whole SLEW of pic's.....ONE of which i hope
will be my NEW desk top pic!!!

Still overcast here. Typical as it's been clear every night
for the last week.. What a lovely birthday present for me.

clouds always come when you DO NOT want them and when you're
standing in 100 degree heat they are no where to be found!

but i saw the hale bop comet in FULL splendor.....the
freakiest thing i've seen in the sky *still hopes for an

I remember one night, I was at this beach... the sky was
perfectly clear... probably the clearest I've ever seen
it... and there weren't many lights around, so the stars
were out so bright... and, I saw a bunch of shooting
stars... it was real nice... with the waves rolling in just
a little ways away... real romantic too... ;)
