Hi, anyone know Excel? I have a column full of data and I want to subtract a number from each cell, square the result and the sum all of the resulting cells.
I made a new column which is =(C2-12)*(C2-12) then I took the first cell of the next column and made it =SUM(C2:C555)
Is there a way I can do this in one step rather than two?
Mille Mercis :)

I don't know that, but I do know this:
1. On a new Worksheet, Press F5 2. Type X97:L97 and hit enter 3. Press the tab key 4. Hold Ctrl-Shift 5. Click on the Chart Wizard toolbar button 6. Use mouse to fly around - Right button forward/ Left button reverse

i'm not quite sure what you mean there, but when i'm making stuff in excel, and I need one column copyed to the next including the the values that fit to the next column, I just click, copy and drag a line in the row and paste
