sounds great to me. well...i liked the intro a lot, and then the last minute or so as well. it was somewhere around 45 seconds into it that you lost me. it's those couple of chords that hit before it launches into that 10 seconds or so of quicky clickies and beaties. yeah. if that makes sense. i'm just gonna go. i'm shit for critiques. but as a whole, yes. i liked it. =] keep makin' great tracks, guy-o. |

Hmm. Not quite sure about this no-depth thing. I thought it sounded pretty damn good. Plenty of layers, nice crisp and clear pings, pops, and... dare I say it... clicks, which give a really nice feel. With a particularly gorgeous hint of cheese about it in the tuneage... but in the best possible way :D Nice one. |

Pennyworth's tracks up until last month rarely hit me, they all seemed pretty meaningless and trite up until then. showed talent but no heart. i'll have a listen to the new one(s) cos i loved the last 2 or 3 i downloaded. |

Sorry the review was particularly lame, but that's how I do reviews. It was interesting in how it sounded like it was partially along the theme of recent electro/idm/etc/etc/etc/whatever you want to call it... like aphex, ae and all the wannabe's (not that I'm saying there's some formula they stick to - except the wannabe's), but kinda slightly skewed enough to be fresh and a nice change. qrter: she's cleo |
