sorry for another topic like that, but does anyone has the
slightest idea about this???

my iMac has its disk partitionned into two parts, one with
os9 and another with osX; in march, i got a weird problem :
at any moment, it crashed and lines of code (like the ones
in osX Terminal... a bit similar to DOS if you don't know)
were spit up all over the screen, i could see see the
background but all those lines of Terminal were obstructing
it - and everything was frozen. nothing to do, except reboot
the computer savagely.

i remember the code mentioned "apple.com" and "Kernel" a lot
of times, and ended by something like "to continue press c,
to reboot press r" (of course, pressing the keys weren't
doing anything).

so i transfered my files to the os9 partition, reformated
the osX part, transfered the files back and it all went fine
again.... until now.

last sunday, the problem occured again!
so - i did the same thing (transfered my files to the os9
partition, reformated the osX part, transfered the files
back)... but while reinstalling my osX files, i found out
the problem wasn't solved at all - fucking Terminal lines
appeared again!!

i lost hope and didn't touch my computer, until today... i
downloaded today Norton Antivirus 9 beta from the official
site, scanned my partitions, hoping my disk would be
infected, but no!!!

so... well i'm sure lots of you will say "buy a new
computer", or "macOS sucks"... but i really don't know what
to do, i don't want to try reformating it if it isn't any
use =(

do you think it could be a hardware problem? or someone
trying to sneak into my computer? or something to do with my
provider? or something wrong with os9 that could make osX
crash? or am i cursed?

oh, and to add to the confusion - i am waiting for my
computer to crash now and take a photo of the screen (can't
even take a screenshot since all is frozen when it happens),
but it seems to be working fine!!! though i'm sure it will
crash again... maybe in a few seconds... maybe tonight...
maybe in two months again...

oh and i also had a weird problem occuring sometimes and
disappearing like it appeared - the computer would take like
15 minutes to start, and no access would be possible to the
internet, no matter what you do if you restart or not, you
just have to wait.. ha ha...

this will drive me mad O_O
but i wouldn't change my computer to a PC for anything.
rather not use any at all.

anyone has any other weird problems to share?
