hey, so i got a ticket today for the manitoba and prefuse
73 and four tet show, may 28 at the cabaret in montreal...
but the thing is, i have never heard one note of either of
these guys...

please, can soemone recommend some of their stuff to start
with? what are they like and where's a good place to start,
in order to have a good idea of what to expect on may 28...

you're missing out! the new albums from all 3 are supposed
to be top notch but i wouldn't know, i haven't heard any of
them yet. prefuse 73's previous warp releases are great
though, you could start there.

amazon.com and bn.com always work for previewing the
music....

it's out this week.. i got the new warp promo with the
exclusive autechre and LFO tracks as a free bonus disc from
ordering at hiphopsite.com... that's not half as cool as the
autographed poster and bonus mix cd of unreleased prince
paul tracks i'm getting with his new album (comes out same
day as prefuse)... i love hiphopsite's promotions! :)

I got a four tet one there anyway and they might have a
prefuse one too. I would do a proper link but i dunno how
to, sorry

I got the new prefuse 73 album yesterday, im listening to it
for the first time right now but its pretty good. Im going
to see prefuse 73, four tet and manitoba as well on may
26th.
