...but this has seriously tempted me. If I had the cash to spare I'd bid on this in a second! Absolutely superb mixer with filters (yes, proper filters, like on synths, not those "frequency kill" heavy EQs you get on most mixers).

You do indeed go on about Vestax. Having played on yours I can say that they're truly the worst decks ever!
Oh wait my bad. I was referring to mine. I want that mixer now. Bastard! :D

Yep :)
Their new decks (PDX2300s) look absolutely superb. I'm against BPM counters on principle, but those do look very tempting.
Giginger: Your decks are nowhere near as bad as KAMs :P

OK they're not as bad as KAMS but I need some new ones. I was mixing at the weekend and showed up a "professional" DJ. :D I was well proud. I was mixing some shitty house as well. All the crap from the charts and it sounded alright. I got about 3/4 songs in and the cunt said "I think that's enough" and nudged me aside. I was pissed in two ways. Alcoholically and that I didn't get to drop MC Hammer!!!!!

And yes, we're talking about mixers... please don't try to tell me the Technics SHEX1200 can step to that lovely beast of a mixer I linked to?!

If other DJs are obnoxious to you, be a cunt back. Once you have all your records/stuff stowed away, go back and kick the front on the booth hard. In less professionaly set up venues the record will skip :D
