I am curious as to what is the most popular pronunciation of the name "autechre" I have heard it pronounced four different ways now, by persons of varying intelligence, and I am wondering which (if any) is correct? |

uh-TEK-er I used to pronounce it OH-tek... but really, I never say either of these out loud anyway, only in my head. Now that I think about it. :-l |

..they also say.. that is doesn't matter how you pronounce it... the same goes with their song titles... which is why they are so unrecognisable as words. |

i always read it as "OW-TEK-ER", but orally it sounds funny outloud. "AW-TEK-ER" is how its supposed to be pronounced I'm pretty sure. Where do you guys get the "OR"techre? There is no R before the T... |
