my aunt was once visting w/ my two cousins who were both around 7-9 at the time.. we went out to a movie or something and on the way out, as we were walking to the car a young black couple was walking into the theatre, she starts running to the car, telling her daughters "black people, quick! run!" my mother's side of the family is very racist though. . in a very old (early 20th)school, side-taking , we're-second-generation-irishamericans-living-in-brooklyn kind of way.. there were no pink triangle 'safe zones' around then |

Noone has ever accused him of racism, since he's a very calm and tolerant person and never says things that can cause a negative reaction. When he meets black people or I bring home any of my black friends, he acts like nothing's wrong, but when we discuss it, he just seems to have a swastika in his eyes, not admitting it though :( |

I don't like internet abbreviations. And I don't like Rap music. I don't have any problem with black people or any other race or nationality, except the one that use thier skin color as a weapon (I mean individuals of course). Skin color should determine whether or not one gets employed. The sad truth is though, that around here if your black you get the job, whether not you are more qualified than another applicant. Businesses are afraid of racial lawsuits because the few people that have used thier skin as a weapon. I can't get a job because of this, but I don't hold a grudge against an entire race or nationality, Only against the individuals who cause people to react this way. These are the types of people that racial slurs were based upon. I personally am not racist, and I feel that if someone wants to stereo type themself then go for it. Just because your white doesn't mean you have to like rock. Just because your black doesn't mean you have to listen to rap, but some people feel this way unfortunetaly. Some people think people in asia listen wierd music too, which also is not entiry true. Of course there is cultural based music, but there is also the usuall rock and the like.... I'm done rambling now... |

I don't like "black culture" either. Granted, I have three black-men-who-hold-their-crotch-area-and-wear-loads-of-mass friends who are black, but I hate the whole ive-chains thing..you know, self loving rappers etc... Of course, loads of black people aren't like that. |
