it's some shit like a cyrix 433mhz processor with 64 meg
ram. it's the new version of fruityloops.

oh dear lord... i, ugh, ummm... yeah - i couldnt run fruity
on my old pc with the same specs - it was to much cpu load -
but i do have a recommendation - make a track - then export
whatever you want to use an effect on - then put the effect
on it in some other program - and load the new wav in as a
loop - not a pattern

- Run FL
- Options --> Audio Options
- Move the Buffer Length slider forward until your music
sound OK and the underruns counter (below the slider) stops
counting (while playing)

Maybe get version 3 of floops?
Bst bet would be to buy 64mb more ram-not much (£-wise)and
it'd make it usable. Look in the menu options/preferences in
floops and on the "audio" tab you should be able to change
the buffer lenth/latency. Set it all the way up then
gradually move it down (to the left). When the clicks start
again move it about 10 to the right.

Email me if you need any more help and I'll explain in
detail.

if you're talking about changing the buffer in the audio
settings i've already done that and it's made little
difference. What version of fruityloops do you think my
computer could actually cope with?

If you have some anti virus program running, and you think
it's worth it: disable it. Norton or McAffee use a good bit
of ram and if you only have 64 ram I wouldnt be suprised if
your system is chugging with anti virus and Floops going at
the same time...
