yeah... there should be 5 panels... 3 with crashing waves and 2 black panels... the black panels should have information in them...

i see... maybe you should fill the first black panel with default info or something, i had the impression that it was incomplete at first sight .. but clicking that links works fine and everything. i'm currently downloading the first track.
one more thing: to the right of the first info panel there is a thin stripe (ca. 2pixels) running down with different colours and it changes when i click the links

Looks good only 2 "bugs" I found: When you click on frames/no frames it opens a new window... maybe it should be in the same window?
The tiling on the frames version looks a bit clumsy (may be my uber-high res.). Perhaps it'd benefit from mirroring the background image (resize it to half size first if neccesary) so the joins aren't so abrupt?
I love the minimalism look of it though great stuff. Nice to see the Brecon Beacons there too (reminds me of the land of my fathers etc. etc. :) )

i was worried hi res would screw up the backgrounds... hmmm my only thought there would be to up the size of the background jpegs... but that would screw it up for low res :/

no, it never did, and i use it much. i get the line with mozilla 1.2.1, netscape 6 but not with IE
