Well I thought he was a pretty nice kid outside this MB. Personally I had no problems with him, but I can understand why some members didn't like him, some of the things he said were a bit much....he should of the consequences of some of the threads/posts beforehand. He'll be back. |

da weeze: i SO agree. he NEVER should have been left back on. the only reason he was playing nice was to get back on... everyone knew he was gonna start back up again. if he gets left back on, i will have lost all faith in this place. this temp banning stuff is crap... there are some people (not most or all, but some) who honestly need to never be allowed back. the balance between social conversation/building friendship type stuff (ie. humor, casual chatting, etc...) and actual constructive dialogue about relevant or interesting topics is SO unequal right now. it's rediculous how this place goes from being a great, warm, considerate and respectful community and just turns into some sort of internet crack house. my opinion is, if you wanna act like a 12 year old, go to the aol "boobies" chat room or something. i have a sense of humor, too... but i also know when it is and isn't appropriate. and this whole "lighten up, anything goes" attitude coming from some members is gross. half the time i feel like im in a porn shop or something. i dont come on here to hear about that kind of crap. this is an electronic music community. i'd love to see it return to that. |

Skyfarmer was fun, energetic and people should'nt have taken him so seriously. He created a happy positive envioronment. Most people knew he was eccentric. But some people here bitched, kicked and complained until some one finially got tired of the complaining, and banned him. Sad. Some people really should losen up. Its just a message board. Leave your ego's at rate-my-body.com, there is no need for it here. |

He was a good kid deep down inside. He just gets off on pressing peoples buttons. Smart as a whip too (did anybody actually watch his English getting better while he was on the board?). I think he has the potential to be one of the coolest people on the board honestly. He just needs to quit spending 97% of his energy on promoting chaos. I'm not sure what banning him will acomplish. He's been banned before and just came back through a little IP trickery under a new moniker. I'm sure he'll do it again. I found that the less you treat him like a troll, the less troll-like his actions. This ultimately may be what brings him around.. Not banning, I think that just sends him into a frenzy of sorts. Guess we'll see. |

I did read most of his posts. He didn't attack the message board with ping attacks, or embedded links, or posts every other second. All he did was kid and joke, and when he insulted a few people who didn't get his humor, they complained until they got their way. I personally think its sad. I would hate to see how some people here function in the real world, if they take posting on a message board this seriously. |

Your are the most definitive example of hypocrisy on the board. Granted skyfarmers posts were often of an apparently insulting nature, but so are yours. When have you ever had anything positive to say about someone else? Your posts are just as negative, though you choose to justify them as criticism, which is in no way less hurtful or contrary to what youre complaining about. Your opinions of him are as subjective as anything, theyre only opions on what is morally expectable and are not in any way in compliance with any rules of the board. Your only reasoning for why his banishment was acceptable is because you find sky annoying. In my own subjective opinion you and Lecour are far more annoying, and therefore are as worthy of banishment as skyfarmer was. |
