That nice Mr Funkmaster has unfortunately, crossed the line one two many times, and has paid the price severely with his life......this is just an example of what happens when I don't get the respect I am owed around here.....so let this be a lesson to you all!
....actually, he is having difficulty logging in here, and asked me if I would firstly convey his best wishes to you all, and to secondly explain his predicament! In his own words he says " I can't log on Xltronic for some reason... everytime I try, it says I already am... my name comes up on the left side of the screen, but I'm not logged in... it's weird..."
He has emailed Phob, but asks if any of you out there have had similar problems.

I can't login. What's wrong?
Basically, you're in the MEMBERS ONLINE list, but your name is not anywhere in PERSONAL INFO box, right? Delete any xltronic.com cookie found on your system. That should solve the problem.
Shit, it's right there in the FAQ.

Actually, yes.
I'm sure someone else was having the same problem not too long ago. Forget who.

this might be a good excuse to go out and get a better browser than IE, like mozilla or opera, I know that Mozilla has it's own cookie manager, so that might fix the problem

If yer in Windows 98, boot into dos, go to c:\windows\cookies, and delete everything in that folder. There's an index.dat file in there that can't be deleted from within windows.
On the other hand, if you got Mozilla, get Flash and the Java plugin and yer stylin! Make sure to check out the options to block popups and set your default search engine to google (and unset the option to have the search sidebar pop up, it's annoying)
AND AND AND get rid of the personal toolbar and make your nav bar icons only. That's my setup.

p.s. you don't need to delete all your cookies, just delete the lines with "xltronic" in it. norton quickclean manages this really well.
