Richard has NOT actually appeared in any of his videos - he was on the set for Windowlicker, but spent the whole day playing chess and later spent the afternoon with his girlfriend and Cunningham around LA and their hotel. Chris Cunningham HAS appeared in several Aphex videos though, most notably in Come To Daddy (the driver of the car), Monkeydrummer (he provided the arms and legs of the Monkey), and played the creature in the DrukQs Promo video short (although the huge prosthetic penis never made it into the clip). |

hmmmmmm i think that the guy in windowlicker video is richard himself!!! chris said that he likes watching the people suffer and doing the things that are hard to them(some guys nearly drowned at makeing the video)!!! so i think its him. |

yes its a cut out but richard is replaceing it from time to time!!! you can see that the "cut out" is richard because he was moveing while makeing fotos for the video. |

Pomme: So now I have to get 110 more to redeem myself? :) There was a rumour that in the last cut of the video, where there is a flash and "richard" is squatting down in front of the camera with the setting sun behind him, that it actually is Richard - I've not bothered to study the video enough to confirm/deny this though. Another WL fact: Luke Vibert did the opening scratching music the homies are listening to in the car - early promo copies of the video credit Vibert, but the production copies have the credit removed. |
