it's a reflection of my intellect..

actually, it's those "extra" teeth you don't need, and don't
have enough space for, so you gotta remove'em - I dunno what
you call them in english, but in norwegian they are called
teeth of wisdom - I guess I've lost my wisdom now.. Like I
ever had that.. harr harr

i've had several teeth removed over the years. i only have
24 left and my 3rd ones back look like vampire teeth because
they're pointy. i was thinking of grinding them down so they
look even more like vamp teeth.

i already got 2 of my wisdom teeth removed (the upper and
lower right ones)... i'll have my left 2 ones removed on
june but it already hurts when i'm opening the mouth,
yawning or eating anything... the lower left one is growing
horizontally, it will be a pain to remove it as well!

I had my back teeth removed, 4 of them, and they were all a
foot long, I swear. 12 inches.

I removed two in one session; the upper ones - and one of
them has got fucking hooks for roots.

Prescription: Heavy painkillers.. ;)

only 12 inches? that's nothing compared to my 28 inches..
the photo was taken about a mile away, so they would
properly fit on the picture :)

i had painkillers (which made me sleep until, like, 3pm!)...
and ice...
it didn't hurt that much : )

though the operation made me think of a little merzbow in my
mouth! ^^

yeah, but just the thought of someone pulling out your teeth
is so fucking grotesque - imagine no xylocain/adrenaline
injection during the actuall pulling - you'd fucking shit

because they might grow into your brain.

wisdom teeth - there's usually no room for them, so then you
just pull'em

were so stunted that they posed no threat to your brain.

Not everyone has to get those teeth removed. It depends on
what way they grow and what condition your other teeth are
in. (half my family are dentists)

if they don't excercise their teeth, the teeth can grow into
their brain for real!!!

i have three of my four wisdom teeth in and there is no way
i would let some greedy orthodontist pull em out. clearly
they cause problems for some people, but i think more people
get em pulled then actually need. far too much fear
surrounding the wisdom teeth... probably accounts for half
the problems. they're your WISDOM teeth! not to be feared!

i had my wisdom teeth pulled along with about 4 permenant
teeth when i was a kid. i guess my mouth was too small for
my huge teeth. so i have 24 teeth and no bicuspids

is there a lot of open space now, or did you seriously not
have any room?

mm no my other teeth were moved by braces to fill in the
gaps. otherwise, according to my orthodontist at the time,
my back teeth would grind together or something. i think he
just liked pulling teeth actually.

sick pleasure.

getting teeth pulled is such a strange experience too. when
i was hopped up on nitrous, i could have sworn that my
dentist had his boot braced against my chin as he wrentched
back and fourth with those vice grip things. and that
creaking noise that the roots make as they are seperated
from the socket; it sounded like mattress springs
compressing under you as you jump on a bed.

I haven't seen a dentist in ten years, my teeth don't have
any real problems, except that I have a wisdom tooth growing
in on a weird angle, maybe I should finally visit a dentist,
I'll probably have to save up for it though..

when i had my wisdom teeth out, i got dry sockets and tons
of other stupid shit. my cheeks swelled up like a chipmunk
for atleast a month and i had bruises on them as well.

kid that had teeth so rotted that they had to take them out
and give him dentures.

Refund > don't wait too much until you get them removed!!

i waited too much, and it's not nice having things like
weird aches that prevent you from opening your mouth
correctly for weeks or months... : /

i had one removed and it was the most painful thing i ever
experienced. it took the fucker about half an hour to get it
out, after it was pretty much crushed to splinters. THEN,
after a few days it got infected and hurted even more.

so now i go to a different dentist, and he said 'what the
hell did he do that for'

i get to keep my other wisdom tooth, yay :D

I already had 4 wisdom teeth removed... the 4th one is going
out on may 30th... i can't say í'm really looking forward
to it :-p But the previous 3 times it hurt alot less than i
had expected... so i'm not really scared this time.
(but i am glad this will be the last wisdom tooth i ever
have to get removed).

I was VERY anxious to remove them. I thought, christ, that
gotta hurt no matter how much xylocain/adrenaline you pump
in there.

I was very surprised when he said: "Well, that's it..", and
I had felt absolutely NOTHING.. until a few hours later that
is, at which point i stuffed my mouth with painkillers;
Painless and brainless at the same time... what more could
you possibly ask for, hehe :)

"Well, that's it..","

yeah! It was exactly like that for me :-) He grabbed
my tooth with his scary device... he said: "okay, this may
hurt a little"... so i braced myself... nothing happened. I
thought: "well come on, don't keep me in suspence... get it
over with!"... and then he said: "okay, here's your tooth."
And he showed it to me, lol. I couldn't believe i hadn't
felt anything at all.

Altough this time i have to go to a hospital for it,
apparantly this tooth is more complicated :-/
