New Smoking Bylaw

I know there are some places in the world, even in canada
that have this bylaw set up where there is no smoking
allowed in bars, casinos or resturants, and now they passed
it in my city, the capital of my province..... its going
into effect in about a month, that really blows.

Had it in California forever.

Just passed it in Eugene, Oregon as well.

I like it, though I don't frequent bars.

The last thing a family needs is their kids sucking down
second hand smoke in a resturant.

well, I can kinda see your point at a bar. That is kinda
like banning beer at a bar or something.

but I think the places around here added in like a fenced
off area outside where people can smoke, I think that is
still ok.

It's a good idea--if you want to go to a bar (which in
America must serve food), you don't want to smell like
smoke--right? Especially if you were trying to meet women.
Yuck!

all they need to do is open up "smoking parlours" that
happen to have beer on tap ... and such?
