as some of you know I am writting an article for an
architecture magazine talking about music and its relation
with the graphic design in the cover (artwork)

could you help me?

apart from autechre and all idm, what artworks, cd covers
can you recomend me?

maybe you know of a group or artist with a beautifull
artwork or cd cover very much related to architecture or
design

The early warp posters done by designers republic feature a
lot of architecture.

The box EP :)

Joy division covers have something gothic, I love the one
from Closer. I'm not sure this is what you're looking for.
;)

Can't give you a link as their site is all flash, but go to
"designersrepublic.com" and navigate to their work/warp
area. Then the posters. Let me know if you have real
difficulty finding them and I'll post the pics.

I dont think this is very relevent to your paper. But I know
you'd enjoy this. A wonderful combination of architecture
and sound.

the first designers republic sleeve to feature architecture
was autechre's 'envane', which happened at autechre's
request. the chiastic slide and envane sleeves were the
first DR sleeves to use the method of taking photos of real
structures and breaking them into surfaces which are then
coloured flatly, to give the impression of a 2d structure
with unusual angles.
this idea was suggested to DR by autechre in 1995. before
that point DR weren't into architecture at all.
