not realy, dunno how to describe them, probably more similar to early afx/polygon window. i've only heard 2 tracks off the release, i believe theres more so dont know what they are like. |

i was thinking about getting that 2 cd comp that came out recently... i forget what its called. that and getting that alder & elius defect they have for free. |

i think its called smak (quality name!) my mate has it, i never properly listened to it but it sounded kinda samey to me. still worth getting though i reacon, the special cd case is great, it has space for the next releases in the series aswell! |

i've ordered the new gescom ep, not particularly excited about the new autechre album, didnt go much on the mp3s i heard and i didnt like what i heard of confield, love all of their previos stuff though |

dual purpose is gescom. there are gescom logos on the labels. the label, 30mil, is a skam offshoot. there are plenty of other non-publicised skam releases too. shapes - a 3x12" by bola, limited to 200 copies. mortal & chemist - another limited 12" on skam offshoot "33" dr. derek f: acidic possession - limited 12" by bola on "33" nmb allstars: bug ep - secret skam release, limited to 250 copies. |

i think that smak compilation is fairly top notch in places...it definately has the skam sound. takes a few listens to get into properly though i suppose. the ola tracks are definately the best in my opinion but theres a lot of other good stuff on there. i reckon the new LMW motors is better than the quinolon yellow stuff on smak though. is that NMB allstars ep any good? |

i wouldn't compair to autechre... but that's just me. It's worth an investigation if you have slsk if you are curious. I am bad at explaining things. |
