i just recieved an email from a friend about hotmail (which i use). basically says to forward the email to 15 hotmail users for something about who is active and who is not.
does anyone else think this is ... i don't know: virus-like?

That is so fuckin' retarded, about three months ago an email went around saying Hotmail is closing down, email this to 30 people or your account will be deactivated. It''s not real and would you really believe that Hotmail wouldn't email you directly instead of creating a spam like thing.

Are you talking about what I'm talking about? Does it say something about deleting unused accounts?

yeah. someone i worked with was saying how since she never used her account they were going to delete her a few months ago.
this just seems wrong. you can't click on the links to the msn page because the "hotmail letter" is actually just a jpeg image. i was wondering why THEY wouldn't just send it as opposed to spreading it like a virus like the email suggests.
thank goodness for being skeptical.

Some people believe shit like that, they don't wont then account to be deleted, change it to "forward this email to 123 people or your account will be deactivated."
