its funny how everyone hates their own voice, myself included. in my head, it sounds normal, but whenever i hear my answering machine message, i think to myself, how can anyone understand what i'm saying? i sound like a 7 year old.... |

Yeah, your own sound sound much fuller when you hear yourself talking (directly in your heard, not from an external source) because your head functions as a resonance chamber kinda thing... ...and I have no idea wtf I'm talking about :S |

i assume he's making fun of my voice from my radio shows.. that's really petty. when i'm on the mic i don't do a "radio voice" like a lot of dj's, i just start talking about the music i'm playing. i don't plan out what i'm going to say on air so sometimes live on air i just trail off or can't recall some piece of trivia i was going to mention. usually i say what i need to say and it sounds fine. but if speaking with my real voice and talking real with people instead of bullshitting around like most dj's do (they come up with a fake persona and run with it) makes me or my voice "gay" then i guess i'm blowing dudes... |
