a film by Godard. Film Noir, science fiction. Deep and poetic without being too existential. The ideas and camera work are brilliant!
ne one seen?

Keeps appearing on FilmFour but I never seem to get around to watching it, probably because it's always clashed with Channel 4 news.

the music was good for its time (1965) , nowadays Godard shows his film accompanied by Scanner, london based electronic musician.

one of the fight at the end, where Lenny Caution goes over somebody's head with his car... it's so outloud funny!!! I bursted a lough laugh at the scene, it's just the way Godard illustrates it without showing it... classic!!!! :)

ymen, i liked that scene too hehe.
here are some good quotes from the movie.
Alpha 60 Sometimes reality is too complex for oral communication. But legend embodies it in a form which enables it to spread all over the world.
Alpha 60 Time is like a circle which is endlessly described. The declining arc is the past. The inclining arc is the future.
Alpha 60 Everything has been said, provided words do not change their meanings, and meanings their words.
Lemmy Caution Don't move. (He shoots.) That way I'm sure you'll keep your word. (hehe)
