IF you are using Mac OS X you can use "Audio Hi-jack" for
recording mp3 & real audio-streams... Otherwise..eh - I
haven?t a clue! ; )

if you have a soundblaster it has an audiostream recorder
that comes with it. There is also Total Recorder, but it
seemes to screw with my other audio drivers. Just a program
that can record wave files and set your recording source as
"Wave\MP3" or whatever it says, and you should be good to
go.
