I thought Pikman was boring as hell, Mario Sunshine is
disapointing and frustrating as fuck but it's a decent
enough game.

mario sunshine is fucking great, but be prepared for a dodgy
camera system

Sunshine is hard and I gave up pretty fast

I suck ass at games like that, but it was still pretty hard
for my dumbass.

fun, but hard, I heard Pikmin is awesome.

pikmin and mario arent bad, i prefer mario, i think some of
the platform sessions were nicely translated into 3d

but you shouldnt buy a new machine, pick up some old nice 2d
stuff, will never let you die

pikmin's doing my head in. It's just not going any where,
just feels like the same thing over and over and over again

then go on if you think 3d things won't bore you, i cant
play with them anymore, its all so far from the reality. i
mean the games try to be as realistic kick ass effects as
hell, but the joy to play is gone

I finished Mario Sunshine, didn't go all the way and get
every last shine. Some of the levels made me feel like
eating my own face.

Monkey Ball gets easier the more you practice. I did pretty
much all the levels except for the final one on the easy
setting and the last few on the hard.

Monkey Fight kicks ass!

mario sunshine but if you want something you should
definetly get SMASH BORTHTERS!

smash brothers is the best game that I've played on the
gamecube,

but Phantasy Star Online will destroy your social life...

oh god, you two are completely deranged. Smash Brothers 1 +
2 are crap!

Only get Smash Brothers if you have siblings or lots of
friends to play with though. It's no fun by yourself..
Personally, I'd go with Pikmin - It's cute, strategic, and
like nothing I've ever played before. Mario Sunshine might
be a safer bet though since most everyone seems to enjoy
that and a lot of people seemingly aren't able to get into
Pikmin. I don't like Sunshine nearly as much as 64 - Some
of the levels are needlessly frustrating and the camera sure
as hell doesn't do anything to alleviate suffering.. And
when I say 'frustrating' I mean kick the TV off of the stand
and spiderweb the front window with your Gamecube
frustrating.

yeah but once Zelda comes out then forget it..you wont
exist.

As for Smash Brothers Jarworski, youre the daranged one how
can you say smash brothers is crap?? theres so many games,
and there are PLENTY of one player games..but if you have no
one to play with then you have no friends and no life and
should consider wasting your sorry life on RPG's.

RPG's are the shit of course but you cant get a gamecube
without having a game likfe Smash Brothers that game is
fucking great.

Me and my friends (and trust me sweetie, I have plenty) play
Street Fighter. Smash Brothers 1 I admit was slightly
diverting but the sequel was rubbish. Played it for two
days, saw everything I needed to and swopped it for Super
Monkey Ball - far better.

And when I say 'frustrating' I mean -with-your-Gamecube
frustrating. Another thing I didn't like is that it all
takes place in the same basic climate. Where as in other
Marios you've usually got the whole pallette(lava, water,
snow, etc.), it's all tropical in Sunshine. I don't know..
It's still a really good game, just not up to my personal
expectations. Tell me what you decide to do.
