how do I "lock" a text in dreamweaver so the tet keeps the same size even if you change your size settings in for ex explorer.

Can't you just specify the size in points, rather than a relative term, e.g. small, xxlarge? I'm guessing a size 10 font will stay the same size even if the font size settings are changed.

use pixels, it's the only safe unit across all platforms. specify pixel won't let user to zoom text in explorer/win, and this isn't necessary a good thing. mozilla/netscape and opera ALWAYS let user to size text on the page, no matter the unit (and this is good, believe me).
