Just give a song, any song, that you're digging at the moment, and then someone comes along and listens and reviews it, then recommends their own song. Preferably a paragraph and not some half-assed ''I liek it, cetchy! 7/10 lol'' comment. Don't suggest something like ''Alberto Balsalm by Aphex Twin'', cuz, well... you know.
First person to submit a song that scores less than 5 gets banned.
First song, let's get this show on the road and see if it works.
Nada Surf (aha!)- Blonde on Blonde

If i would suggest a song that i particularly liked then i risk banishment it sounds like. Odd. Well if i could download your song i would. Although i don't like Nada Surf. :\
I'd recommend John Cage - Dream but with shit down it will prove difficult.

Nada Surf - Blonde on Blonde
I am not a fan of Nada Surf and only know them by their ONE song from MTV, so yeah I was appraoching this track with a BAD taste in my mouth.
This track starts out slowly and with a lovely melody of guitar....Matthews voice is nice and I like the beat once the drums kick in. Not a bad track but also not my tea. This is nothing like their single, which is a GOOD thing.
I give it a 5 out of 10

Some thoughts about your post.
Thought #1 It's a song ABOUT Blonde on Blonde. ;-)
Thought #2 And you're supposed to review something before you get to throw one out to be reviewed.
Thought #3 Give it a 4.9, eh? Well I'm not banning myself, and I don't see any other mods around... looks like I fought the law and won! Put that in your pipe and smoke it! Swish!

Mad Season - All Alone
A solid track and awsome closer for such a great album. There are better tracks on the album though (ie River of Deceit!), but it's definetly Layne Staley at the top of his game here, so much longing and sorrow, pain and passion in his droning voice. The album 9/10, the track 7/10 imo.
How about..... El-p - Accidents don't Happen

El-P- Accidents Won't Happen
It makes me shake my ass. The bass line reminds me off Down Rodeo by RATM.
However, I don't like hip-hop and rap, so I'm biased. 6.5/10 because while it wasn't mah THANG, I respect what they're doing, but knocked down to 6/10 because the naughty language hurts my delicate my ears! :_-( Ahh!

I've got Da Capo, For Sail and Forever Changes... so I was wondering where ''Doggone'' was from. I don't like the other two as much as Forever Changes, but yeah, they're great too. I did read about that big drum solo, but it wasn't complimentary though. ;-) I'll check it out.

From Allmusic:
''Doggone," clocking in at 12 minutes and one second in length, showcases a frenzied, mind-boggling eight-and-a-half-minute drum solo''
Mind boggling, eh? OK, I changed my mind. I must do whatever reviewers tell me. It must be good.

doggone is from "out here". both four sail and out here are from the same sessions. arthur lee still owed elektra 1 albums worth so he gave them four sail and released out here almost immediately after on another label.
the drum solo on doggone is brilliant imo. its very different to other drum solos, and you may even recognise some of it, i think dj shadow may have sampled it.

i think out here is great. unlike forever changes and four sail, he was given more freedom to do what he wanted at the time. the results are a wide range of styles from accoustic to country to blues to full blown exdended jams. the best track i think is the last track called gather round. but i like all of it.
