A real track is
q-chastic - CAT 002 from the Philosophy of Sound and Machine
compilation (ART2CD)

The other 96kbps files that are supposedly that ultra rare
q-chastic EP 2x12" are purportedly fake. Considering the
track on the compilation is called CAT 002, and the release
catalogue number is CAT002 EP, I would expect a version of
it to be one of the four tracks, but it's not, so I think
they are fake too.
