anyone else really like this band?
Gentlemen and Black Love are phenomenal but I really didnt
care for 1965 at all. anyone heard their earlier albums
than Gentlemen, ive heard theyre very different but have yet
to actually hear them...

what do you guys think of the Twilight Singers too?

Have you heard the "what jail is like" ep? It has some live
tracks. Good stuff.

here

The cover of "my world is empty without you babe" is worth
the price alone.

Mr. Superlove could have been a track on Gentlemen, except
it has weird banjo mixed in. "little girl blue" and "dark
end of the street" are ethereal howlers. I think these three
are outtakes from Gentlemen, or from earlier demos just
before it.

I have VBR mp3s of it - I could up them to the ftp if you'd
like.

Oh no as soon as I typed that message I thought I hope
someone doesnt ask me to MP3 it.. I dont have the technology
for that kind of thing.. I dont really up or download music
either as I dont have a computer at home permanently. Wish I
could do it but wont be until I get a computer at home
(which wont be soon).
Sorry.

For the longest time I thought my first record was by Afghan
Wigs. It turned out to be a painted vinyl 'Mexican Radio'
12" by Wall of Voodoo.

possibly unrelated to their music, the lead guy converted
this cop bar near me into a trendy little hangout about 2
years ago.
